In the film, Sarah Tobias, the survivor of an assault by three men, is blamed by the litigant for being tanked during the evening of the assault. He says that she was provocatively dressed and tempted one of the attackers. Her history of playing with men is brought to this case to charge her accuse her conduct. It is with these allegations of Sarah’s apparel and her previous history of playing with men that the respondent uses to accuse Sarah Tobias who is the focal character in the film. The discussions of how Sarah was assaulted in a packed bar by three men. The three men assaulted her reciprocally and over and over on a pinball machine. Rather they proceeded to cheer these men to assault Sarah. She is taken to the emergency clinic and meets her lawyer who is the investigator of the case. The film has its fundamental setting in a court.
